Purchase and billing questions
Is this a subscription?+
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase through Stripe Checkout. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. If you need more audits, simply buy another plan.
How long does the credit stay valid?+
Under the terms, audit credit is tied to your checkout session; no expiry date is defined there. You reach the report and remaining credit through the personal access link you receive after purchase and can also have sent by e-mail. Please keep this link like an access key.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?+
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In the checkout you explicitly request immediate delivery and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends once the respective audit has been fully created. If an audit fails technically, no credit is consumed. Details are in the terms.
Will I receive an invoice?+
After payment you receive Stripe's payment confirmation at the e-mail address entered in the checkout. All prices are gross prices incl. VAT. If you need an invoice with your company details, write to info@optirisk.at and mention the e-mail address used in the checkout.
What happens if an audit fails?+
Model or provider outages can delay creation. If an audit fails technically, the system log shows that no credit is consumed and you can restart it through the same access link. info@optirisk.at helps with any problem.
